The NAI has joined with Rotterdam Archiguides to organise guided winter tours inside and outside the NAI. Starting in the Museumpark, designed by Rem Koolhaas, and visiting the Treasury, designed by the same famous architect, the guided tour ends in the NAI Café with a cup of hot chocolate with cream or a glass of mulled wine. Reservation is required for the guided tour and can be done via this link (in Dutch). Price of the guided tour is € 12,50 including admission to the museum and a drink in the NAI Café.

After the successful start of the architecture cycle tours from the Netherlands Architecture Institute last summer, the NAI is continuing this active line during the Xmas holiday with the Winter Walks. This guided tour starts with a visit to the Treasury designed by Rem Koolhaas (OMA) containing 100 highlights from the NAI collection. We also visit the NAI reading room, where visitors can order and study archival documents. The NAI has more than 55,000 (inter)national books on architecture, urban design and related disciplines. The reading room affords the group a view of the renovated Museumpark. We visit this park, also designed by Koolhaas, for a short outdoor tour with the same guide. The Winter Walk ends with a cup of hot chocolate or a glass of mulled wine in the NAI Café.
