Awarded annually, winner essays will be published in the Bruno Zevi Foundation editions and will also give a lecture in Rome in the occasion of the decision. Applicants must hold research doctorates.
“Key role of space in architecture”; “ancient sources of the modern language”; “ history as methodology of architectural practice”; “modern language of architecture” and “landscape and zero-degree language of architecture” are the themes essays must be about. They can be written in French, English and Italian. Italian versions must also have an English version attached.
Candidates must provide completed application and complete text of the essay- maximum of 120.000 keystrokes, corresponding illustrations on CD with two copies on paper, and an abstract with no more than 1.500 keystrokes. All the digital data must not show the author's name.
