UIA SUSTAINABLE BY DESIGN 2050 
Online-Exhibition and Database for Sustainable Architecture

The UIA "SUSTAINABLE BY DESIGN"-Strategy was developed for the World Climate Summit in Copenhagen (COP15) in 2009. The Strategy is aiming to foster the awareness and practical knowledge among the architectural community towards sustainable design strategies.

The "SUSTAINABLE BY DESIGN 2050" Online-Exhibition and Database was launched on the 25th of September 2011 and provides a compilation of the most interesting and innovative projects in architecture and urbanism as well as more than 50 short films. Our aim is to build up this global project- and film-database as a platform for an international knowledge exchange about chances and strategies of a responsible architectural approach within the architectural community throughout the world.
