MAMbo, in Bologne; CRAC, in Valparaíso and Kiosko, in Santa Cruz de la Sierra will host selected artists. Scholarship benefits include airline tickets and R$ 8.000 for the period. Exchange program shall take place within October and December 2013.
Created in 2011 by Iberê Camargo Foundation, the program has already benefited 20 artists that have participated in residencies in France, USA, Mexico, Argentina, Portugal, Uruguai and Colombia. Financed by major corporations such as Gerdau and Itau, there’s no admission fee required and they can be placed until July 31st.
Brazilian and Foreign artists can participate, as long as 5 year steady residence in the country can be validated by the committee. Also, participants must have had participated in at least three expositions, individual or not. Candidates must fill in the entry form online, and send portfolio in digital format, Curriculum Vitae and proof of having participated in the three expositions. All material must be submitted by post to the Foundation’s office address.

Besides the three selected for the exchange program, the Foundation will also grant honorable mentions to ten other participants and will select one artist for one week duration exhibition to take place at the “Ateliê de Gravura” and will receive the sum of R$ 2.500.
