The English version of “Minha arquitetura”, book in witch the famous Brazilian architect at the age of 93, been 62 dedicated to his career; examines his work since he designed Pampulha or the Museum of Contemporary Art in Niterói, passing trough Brasilia’s palaces, the Mondadori building in Milan, the Communist Party in Paris and all of his most important projects that showed the word his remarkable architecture.
Oscar Niemeyer wrote this book in a pleasant and objective way for the architecture students, their colleagues, and all people interested in Art. He talks about how his work has been done, what is special about it and what makes it different from all the other distinguished architects all over.
Filled with pictures and drawings specially made by the author for the book, “My Architecture” was launched in Stockholm in October, 26, during an exhibition honoring him.
